Settings
Open Settings from the Driving Range main menu to tune detection, safety, feedback, and rhythm tools.
Sensitivity
Sensitivity adjusts swing detection thresholds on a 1–5 scale. Lower numbers are more tolerant of smaller or unusual motions; higher numbers demand a clearer swing signature. Start in the middle and move up if you get false triggers, or down if real swings are missed.
Safe Buttons
Safe Buttons requires a double-press on actions that could interrupt a session. This cuts accidental presses while your wrist moves through impact.
Show Tempo
Show Tempo turns the post-swing Tempo View on or off. Disable it if you prefer to stay on the session screen and only open details when you choose.
Metronome
Metronome provides tempo presets for rhythm training. Use it when you want audible or vibration pacing to match a target backswing/downswing feel, separate from free swinging. See the full Metronome guide for preset details, practice drills, and which metrics it helps improve.
Reset profile
The app learns your swing over time. If you want to share your watch with somebody else, or your swing is undergoing massive changes resulting in misreads, reset your profile to a baseline and it will re-learn it on the next session.
Exit menu (during a session)
When you stop or back out of training, the exit flow typically offers:
- Continue — Return to the session and keep hitting; nothing is finalized.
- Save & Exit — End the session, save it, and move to Session Summary (then you can finish from there).
- Discard & Exit — Leave without saving this session; use when the data was warm-up, equipment tests, or not representative.
Together with Getting Started and Session Screen, these options cover a full range visit from install through review.
