Swing Details

Swing Details is a scrollable breakdown of one swing. Each row shows a label, a progress bar, the numeric value, and a color-coded status so you can scan strengths and weaknesses quickly.

Five-level colors

Status uses a five-tier system mapped to colors from worst to best: red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.

Tempo bar

Tempo uses a special bar: multiple colored segments with a white marker showing where your ratio sits relative to the ideal range.

Coaching tips

Tap any metric to read coaching tips tailored to that measurement. Use this when a bar or score does not match how the swing felt.

You may see all of the following when your watch supports them:

Some entries show N/A when the hardware cannot supply the data or the data is inconclusive.
